The server shop allows you to buy and sell items at fixed prices set by admins.

  2. Navigate to the item you want to sell

Quick Sell Commands

Command Arguments Description
/sellhand None Sell one of the item you're currently holding
/sellhand all None Sell all of the item you're currently holding
/sellall None Sell all sellable items in your inventory

Quick Selling

Use /sellhand all and /sellall for fast inventory clearing after farming or mining sessions.

Non-Sellable Items

Some items cannot be sold to the shop (rare items, quest items, etc.). These will be skipped by /sellall.

Shop Categories

The shop is organized into categories for easy navigation:

  • Blocks: Building materials (dirt, stone, wood, glass, etc.)
  • Tools: Pickaxes, axes, shovels, hoes
  • Food: Edible items for hunger restoration
  • Farming: Seeds, saplings, and farming supplies
  • Resources: Crafting materials and raw resources
  • Decorations: Aesthetic items for builds
  • Miscellaneous: Other useful items

Category Customization

Shop categories and items are configured by server admins. Your server's shop may have different categories or items.

Hardcore Price Multiplier

Players with hardcore islands pay more for shop items:

  • Default Multiplier: 2x (items cost twice as much)
  • Sell Prices: Selling prices remain the same
  • Purpose: Increased difficulty for hardcore mode players

Hardcore Mode

If you created a hardcore island, expect higher shop prices as part of the challenge. Plan your purchases carefully.

Shop Tips

  1. Compare to Auction House: Sometimes player listings are cheaper than shop prices
  2. Sell Before Buying: Gather resources to sell before making large purchases
  3. Bulk Buying: Calculate costs before buying in bulk to avoid running out of money
  4. Shop vs. Farming: Some items are cheaper to farm yourself than buy from the shop
  5. Price Checking: Use the shop UI to check item values before selling items you've gathered

Resource Management

Don't sell everything you gather. Keep a stockpile of common materials (dirt, stone, wood) for building and crafting.

Shop Prices

Shop prices are set by server admins and may vary between servers:

  • Buy Price: How much you pay to purchase an item from the shop
  • Sell Price: How much you receive when selling an item to the shop
  • Price Ratio: Sell prices are typically 50-80% of buy prices

Price Balancing

Admins balance shop prices to create a healthy server economy. Prices may be adjusted based on item rarity, difficulty to obtain, and economic balance.

Troubleshooting

"You don't have enough money"

Check your balance with /balance and sell items or complete challenges to earn more.

"This item cannot be sold"

Some items are marked as non-sellable by admins. Try selling different items or using the auction house.

"Shop UI not opening"

Ensure the shop is enabled on your server. Contact admins if the issue persists.

"Prices seem different than before"

Admins may adjust shop prices periodically for economic balance. Check announcements for price updates.

Economy Integration

The shop uses the server's economy system. Whether using the built-in economy or an external plugin (TheEconomy, Ecotale, ArefyEconomy), the shop works seamlessly with your balance.
